General:: Good handling on your side but mailing time was long, too long! Should be an option to have express shipping (TNT, FedEX or else) with additional cost. Registery of mail does not speed up process, just for insurance.
About the product:: Product seems to be good. Installation was a little bit tricky but we manage it!
