My Dyson hand-held had gotten to the point that it would only hold charge for a few minutes... Not really that effective for normal cleaning. So, rather than 'buy new', I figured that a new battery and YouTube would sort things out. The battery arrived as promised and with a few minutes instruction from the web and a few screws I was able to swap the old battery for the new. Machine works like new.
