I cannot remember when I got my order at home, but it did not take so long (may be 10 days?). The parcel came from Hong Kong and the Cordless Phone Battery was es expected. At the moment I did not install it as the old one still works ... it can result out of order any time because it is 10 years old. My questions via E-mail have been answered promptly and with my satisfaction. Thank you. For any communication with me, you can choose ither German, English or Italian.
